Return policy 

Returns Policy Unwanted items

Unwanted items can be returned to us within 14 calendar days from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging (no plastic or seals broken).
You must notify us within 14 days of purchase that you want to return an item.
Please Note: Due to health and hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of e-liquids or drip tips on the grounds of health & safety as well as for hygiene reasons.
There is a 10% restocking fee of the value of the items and the return postage is your responsibility.

Goods – Hardware

All mods/kits come with a 30 day guarantee.  We don’t cover faults caused by incorrect assembly, neglect, misuse or wear & tear. If a product has been damaged by the customer, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or claim.
Please note that we will not accept any returns where the customer has charged a mod, that uses external batteries, via the USB port- these mods are not designed for this. All manufacturers advise that all external batteries are to be charged via an external charger as this is safer and preserves the longevity of the battery life.
If your mod/kits becomes faulty within 30 days of purchase, then please contact us via email. Please provide us with:
Your namePostcodeOrder NumberDetails of the problem with a clear video outlining the issueA shot of the barcode on the box and authentication code for those with scratch codes
We may telephone you to do some trouble shooting or request a short video clearly showing the issue. If we cannot help you remotely, we will authorise your item for a return. You must return it in its original packaging, for a full inspection and testing of the product. Please use a signed for service as we are not responsible for items lost in the post. Once tested, if the product is deemed to be defective, we will contact you either regarding replacement, store credit or a refund- this will be for the price paid for the products. The return postage is covered by us sending out e liquids equivalent to cost of 2nd class signed post which is currently £4. Any sale or clearance items are only valid for store credit or an exchange. Please note that this is at our discretion and our decision is final. We will not refund the postage charge that applied to send out the product/s as we have already paid this.

Tanks & Coil Returns

Coils are a working part of your device and have a limited life span. We will accept dead on arrival returns if reported with 48 hrs of delivery.  Please note you should soak a new coil for at least 15 mins before vaping. We do not accept returns on any atomisers/rda’s/rta’s/rdta’s that have been opened due to health & safety as well as for hygiene unless there is a genuine fault with the item.

Disposable Vape Pods

All puff counts are a guide from the manufacturer and there is no way to validate this. Any claim for lack of puffs or taste will not be covered. For disposable vape pods we do not accept returns. We will accept dead on arrival returns if reported within 48 hrs of delivery. If this is the case please follow the above guidelines. Please note that a credit will be added to your account if your claim is successful we do not ship out replacement/s on their own due to the small margins available on these types of products.

Damaged Products

If you unpack a product and find it damaged, please contact us immediately or at least within 48 hours of delivery.
We will be unable to consider your claim outside the 48 hour timescale.
