The Smok RPM 2S takes the original RPM 2 device and adds an external
18650 battery. This ensures you can enjoy a longer battery life and also
means you can always keep your device on the go with a simple swap of
the battery.
The RPM 2S uses highly efficient charging to reduce charging time,
and can support both forward and reverse charging, which means the
device can be used to charge other items such as your mobile phone. Pass
through vaping means you can use this device while it charges.
The colourful 1.4 inch user interface makes it easy to digest
information such as wattage, coil resistance, puff count and puff
length. You can also display remaining battery life and estimated number
of puffs left before a recharge is needed. A powerful magnet ensures
that the pod is firmly attached to the device, while an ergonomic
mouthpiece ensures comfort.
Who is the Smok RPM 2S for?
The high wattage range and choice of MTL or DL coils means this
device is suited to vapers who like the flexibility of choosing between
an airy Mouth-to-Lung or Direct-Lung style of vaping, and who prefer a
MTL vape with a gentler throat hit. The low resistance coils and high
power rating means this device is best used by vapers with experience of
high wattage vaping. The 18650 battery makes this version of the RPM 2

Compatible coils
The Smok RPM 2S works with RPM 2 and RPM pods. RPM 2 pods are
compatible with RPM 2 mesh coils, and RPM pods are compatible with RPM
coils.

What e-liquid can you use in the RPM 2S?
The RPM 2 0.16 Ω coil is best used with higher VG e-liquids such as
those with a VG:PG ratio of 70:30 or 80:20. The RPM 0.4 Ω coil is best
used with e-liquids with a VG:PG ratio between 50:50 and 70:30.
Why is the MTL coil just 0.4 Ω?
Traditionally Mouth-to-Lung coils have utilised a greater resistance
than DL coils (typically above 1 Ω). This trend has evolved, with some
devices using lower resistance coils for a Mouth-to-Lung vape, often
with changes in the design to produce a satisfying vape which is still
suitable for a tighter and more restricted vape.
How long do the coils last?
Coil life depends on many factors, including how long you puff for,
the e-liquid you use and the wattage you use your coil at. Low
resistance coils are used at higher wattages and do not last as long as
high resistance coils.
You can extend coil life by priming the coil before usage (see
product care), by using e-liquid with the right VG:PG ratios, by not
going above the recommended wattage and by topping up your tank so that
the coil never dries out. With care, the RPM 2 0.16 Ω coil should last
anything from a couple of days to a week, while the RPM 0.4 Ω coil
should last a little longer.
Can I charge my RPM 2S overnight?
Lithium batteries should not be left unattended when charging.
