The Geekvape Aegis Boost comes with a choice of two premium grade
Kanthal coils, which allows you to switch between a Mouth-to-Lung or
Direct-Lung inhale. It can also support RDTA coils.
Geekvape is renowned for the toughness of their devices, and the
Aegis Boost lives up to the reputation. The body is made from Zinc
Alloy, which is corrosion and rust resistant, while the food grade
silicone rubber adds water resistance.
The Aegis Boost is controlled by an AS Multi-Mode chipset, which
maximises power efficiency for a longer lasting battery and enables fast
firing (0.08 seconds). The chipset also uses advanced temperature
control which prevents overheating, helps achieve a consistent vape and
extends the life of your coils.
The Aegis Boost is designed for ease-of-use. The easily accessible
top-refill means that you don’t have to remove the pod to fill it, while
a quick lock and release makes it quick to switch pods. The adjustable
air-valve is leak proof, which reduces risk of flooding.
Who is the Geekvape Aegis Boost for?
This kit is ideal for vapers looking for a tough device suitable for
outdoor use. It is also great for users who like to switch between DL
and MTL vaping. The kit is best used by vapers who have some experience
of variable wattage vaping.

FAQs
What e-liquid can I use with the Geekvape Aegis Boost?
The 0.4 Ω coil is best used with high VG e-liquids, with a VG:PG
ratio in the region of 60:40 or 70:30. The 0.6 Ω coil is ideal for use
with e-liquids with a VG:PG ratio of 50:50.
What is the difference between the Geekvape Aegis Boost and the Aegis Boost Plus?
The key difference between the devices is the battery. The Geekvape
Aegis Boost comes with a 1500 mAh fixed internal battery, while the
Aegis Boost Plus requires an external 18650 battery (not included),
which typically has around 3000 mAh capacity and roughly twice the
battery life.
That makes the Boost Plus the best option for vapers who value
battery life, and who like to keep their device on the go with a simple
swap of the battery, while the Boost is best for vapers who prefer not
to fiddle with batteries, or charge batteries externally.
Which coil should I use for Mouth-to-Lung / Direct-Lung vaping?
The 0.4 Ω GV Boost Coil is best used for Direct-Lung vaping and is
suitable for use for higher VG e-liquids such as those with a VG:PG
ratio in the region of 70:30. The 0.6 Ω GV Boost Coil is more suited to
Mouth-to-Lung vaping and can be used with e-liquids with a VG:PG ratio
in the region of 50:50.
How long do the coils last?
Coil life depends on many factors, including how long you puff for
and the wattage you use your coil at. Low resistance coils, such as the
0.4 Ω GV Boost Coil, are used at higher wattages and do not last as long
as higher resistance coils.
You can extend coil life by priming the coil before usage (see
product care), by not going above the recommended wattage and by topping
up your tank so that the coil never dries out. With care, GV Boost
coils can last anything from a few days to a couple of weeks.
